WiFi is provided for our guests at no additional cost. Please feel free to use the wifi to surf the web or to interact on social media. WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT USE THE WIFI FOR LIVE STREAMING OR GAMING. 

We welcome your fur babies at Time Out.  We do ask that your pets be kept on a leash at all times and that you clean up after them.  Pets are to be kept inside your RV when you are away.  

The laundry facilities are located on the east side of the office building and are  heated/cooled for your comfort. 

Restrooms/showers are located on the west side of the office building. 

The laundry room doubles as our safe room/storm shelter and is located on the east side of the office building. Oklahoma weather can be unpredictable and at times violent. When warnings are issued and the weather warrants, take shelter!  Local television stations will keep you advised. 

Passport America discounts are valid Monday-Thursday and are only applied to the first night's stay.  Discount is not valid on weekends or holidays and cannot be used with other discounts. Credit cards are not accepted as payment for Passport America rentals.

All reservations require a credit card to guarantee a site. No site(s) will be held without a credit card.  NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!  

Reservations made for nightly and weekly stays must be canceled within 24 hours of the arrival date unless reservations are made on the arrival date. Reservations not canceled in a timely manner or guests who fail to show will be billed the full nightly rate of $30 for the first night's stay.  Passport America users will be billed a fee of $15. 

Reservations for monthly stays will require a $50 deposit per week for each week that a site is held in reserve. No site(s) will be held for more than 4 weeks. This deposit is a non-refundable deposit but will be applied toward the first month's rent.  

Time Out RV Park reserves the right to take into account any special circumstances regarding all reservations. Those special circumstances may include but are not limited to:

1.  Accidents while in transit

2.  Sudden illness

3.  Death in the immediate family

Changing your mind, finding another RV park with a better rate, or the cancellation of an event does not constitute a special circumstance or an emergency and does not warrant a refund.

We do not issue refunds.  No Exceptions!
