Our Rates and Spaces
Rates Per Night
> Our nightly rate is $35.00.
> Maximum of 6 persons per RV.
> Extra persons $5.00 per person per night.
> Check out is 12:00 noon.
> Guests occupying spaces after check out will be charged for an additional night.
> Military/Veteran Discount of 10% available on the Nightly Rate.
Rates Per Week
> Our weekly rate is $185.00 (7 nights)
> Maximum of 6 persons per RV.
> Extra persons $25.00 per person per week.
Rates Per Month
> Our monthly rate is $460.00 which offers a large discount to our long term guests.
> Maximum of 6 persons per RV.
> Extra persons $50.00 per month per person.
> $100 Deposit Required For Monthly Rate
Reservations and Refunds
Reservations
All reservations require a credit card to guarantee a site. No site(s) will be held without a credit card. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!
Nightly and Weekly Reservations
Reservations made for nightly and weekly stays must be canceled within 24 hours of the arrival date unless reservations are made on the arrival date. Reservations not canceled in a timely manner or guests who fail to show will be billed the full nightly rate of $33.00 for the first night's stay.
Monthly Reservations
Reservations made for a monthly rental will require a $100 deposit to hold the site for one week. Any sites held longer than 1 week will require payment of the monthly fee of $460.00 in full. No sites will be held longer than 1 month and any deposit will be non-refundable.
Special Circumstances
Time Out RV Park reserves the right to take into account any special circumstances regarding all reservations. Those special circumstances may include but are not limited to:
1. Accidents while in transit
2. Sudden illness
3. Death in the immediate family
Changing your mind, finding another RV park, or the cancellation of an event does not constitute a special circumstance or an emergency and does not warrant a refund.
